Pricing Structure

We simplify pricing into 3 categories depending on the type of project you have.

  • For Full Service Design projects, whether design-only or including construction, pricing is based on the total project cost according to the scope.

    We start each project with a "ballpark" estimate, a preliminary cost range based on historical data, local trends, and your initial project details. After the design and documentation phase, where materials and specifications are finalized, we refine the estimate to reflect the actual project scope and costs.

    This process ensures an accurate, transparent cost breakdown as the project progresses, tailored to your final design choices and construction needs.

  • Our "fixed rate" pricing structure applies to Furnish and Style projects or small-scale design selections only projects. Prices start at $1,200 for a single room and vary based on room size, type, and design complexity. There is a minimum total project cost of $8,500.

  • We offer design consultations at an hourly rate. The first hour is $150, with each additional hour priced at $95.

Payments

We simplify payments through deposit phases and digital transactions.

  • Deposits are based on the total project cost and are aligned with each project phase. Our deposit structure is:

    Retainer

    • 2% due upon signing the Pre-Design Agreement (refundable until project start date)

    Phase 1: Concept Design

    • 8% due at project start date to commence project

    Phase 2: Design and Documentation

    • 70% due upon completion of design and end of phase 2

    Phase 3: Construction and Installation

    • 20% due at project completion

  • All invoices for your project are delivered digitally, offering convenient payment options such as direct bank transfers via the provided link, credit cards, and financing.

  • We offer financing through Acorn on projects. Please specify when continuing if you would like more information on our available financing.
