What to Expect
We structure our projects into three distinct phases: Concept Development, Design and Documentation, and Construction and Installation.
Phase 1 : Concept Development
Through multiple design meetings, both off and on-site, we create a clear design concept for your space. We use mood boards and inspiration to establish a design concept to pave the project’s path forward.
Phase 2 : Design and Documentation
In this next phase we refine initial concepts into a detailed plan, and once approved, make and order all the selections for the project.
This phase entails multiple design meetings, sourcing trips as needed, and you have the option to join late-stage sourcing and vendor trips if desired.
Phase 3 : Construction and Installation
For full design and construction projects designer/contractor will have full access to the home and closely monitor subcontractors to ensure precise execution of the design plan.
For furnish and style projects we will help organize the delivery and installation of your design.
Communication
We prioritize transparency and effective communication through our entire project process. To establish this we utilize a few important pillars in our process.
Group Chats
We set up group chats for real-time updates and discussions. All communications, including phone calls and texts, will be summarized in these chats to keep everything in one place.
Client Portal
Our client portal centralizes all project files, including boards, selections, timelines, and documents, ensuring easy access to essential information.
Digital Booking
Scheduling is seamless with our digital booking links. We’ll send you a link with meeting details, allowing you to easily book and add the meeting to your calendar.
Business Hours
We establish clear business hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, during which we promptly handle project-related matters. Non-emergency requests made outside these hours incur an hourly fee unless otherwise agreed upon.
